Returns & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 1 day of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Groin Guard and Mouth Guards are not eligible for Return/Exchange

  • Personalized or custom-made products like embroidered belts and printed uniform/T-Shirts

3. Return Process

  • Contact our support team at sales@mswsports.com to initiate a return.

  • Include your order number, reason for return, and videos/photos (compulsory).

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account.

  • Then contact your credit card company or bank—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at sales@mswsports.com

6. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • To request an exchange, contact us at sales@mswsports.com with your order details.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
