1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 1 day of delivery.

Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Proof of purchase required.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Groin Guard and Mouth Guards are not eligible for Return/Exchange
-
Personalized or custom-made products like embroidered belts and printed uniform/T-Shirts
3. Return Process

Contact our support team at sales@mswsports.com to initiate a return.

Include your order number, reason for return, and videos/photos (compulsory).

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company or bank—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange, contact us at sales@mswsports.com with your order details.
7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
